Refund policy

Furniture Product Exchange Policy:


Chill Garden does not accept returns or exchanges for any furniture products. However, if Chill Garden delivers a product that does not match the order, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer selection errors or personal reasons.

We hope you will be satisfied with Chill Garden's products. We make every effort to ensure that the furniture products are consistent with the images displayed on the website. However, we cannot control unavoidable variations in wood grain or color discrepancies, and Chill Garden does not accept any claims related to wood grain or color variations. If there is a quality issue with the product, you must notify us immediately on the day of receipt at info@chill-garden.com. The product must be in its original condition for resale. After conducting an inspection and confirming the quality issue, we will issue a voucher for you to use for shopping on the Chill Garden platform within one year.

If the furniture needs to be delivered to all floors of the delivery address, such as the entrance, stairs, corridors, and elevators, after unpacking, we will notify the customer in advance and obtain their consent before proceeding. Any damages or scratches to the furniture during the transportation process after unpacking will be the customer's responsibility. If the customer requests the delivery personnel to unpack the furniture without prior notice from our store, any damages or scratches to the furniture during the transportation process after unpacking will also be the customer's responsibility.

Customers are required to carefully inspect the furniture upon receipt and sign the delivery document. Once the receipt is signed and confirmed, no exchange requests can be made.

If there is no one available to receive the delivery at the specified address on the delivery day, the delivery fee will not be refunded. If a re-delivery is requested, we will charge the delivery fee again.

All inspection fees, transportation fees, or unpacking fees are subject to the final decision of our store.

Any exchange request will incur an additional $500 delivery fee, which will be deducted from the voucher. We will also charge a product repackaging fee (20% of the product price) or any other additional charges incurred for product retrieval.

The returned product must be unused and in a resalable condition. It must have all its original packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We do not assume any responsibility for returns during the return period.

On the day of product retrieval, an on-site inspection will be arranged to ensure that the returned items have no damage or scratches. Any defective items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The time required for an exchange depends on the product's shipping location and inventory. Chill Garden will not provide any compensation for delays.

After the return and exchange period, for any reason, Chill Garden does not provide any warranty or guarantee for its products. Chill Garden reserves the absolute right to determine whether parts fail due to defects or wear and tear. The arrangement for replacement or repair will be at the discretion of Chill Garden. Chill Garden will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from delayed delivery of replacement items. Any full refunds due to defects will be refunded as follows: Purchase price - any service fees = refund amount ($$).

The design of the product may have slight variations and minor differences from the expected measurements. If you have any questions regarding the color, size, and design details of the product, please feel free to email us for clarification.

Quality issues due to shipping:


Customers must contact Chill Garden before signing the delivery document if there are quality issues caused by shipping. If Chill Garden confirms that the quality issue is due to shipping, we will arrange for the replacement of parts or the entire product based on the order lead time. All costs associated with replacing parts or exchanging new products due to the above-mentioned situation will be borne by our store.
Once the customer has signed the delivery document, our store reserves the right to refuse any damages and scratches caused by movement or use.

Quality issues due to manufacturer defects:


Customers have the right to request reasonable replacement or repair before signing the delivery document if there are quality issues due to manufacturer defects.
Quality issues due to manufacturer defects do not include the following:
A. Differences in appearance between the product and the display due to the natural characteristics of materials or artificial materials, such as color variations, natural leather grain, natural wood grain, natural texture lines, and fabric sofa lines.
B. Damages caused by improper installation, use, storage, or accidents, as well as normal wear and tear.

  • Products that have been self-installed, disassembled, modified, or moved by the customer.
  • Damages caused by human or unnatural factors will not be accepted, such as impact, accidental damage, improper bending, scratches, cuts, wear and tear.
