Iron: More affordable, suitable for occasional use or budget-conscious buyers.
Both are available in different thicknesses (30mm / 40mm / 50mm) — thicker means stronger.

Square frame: Standard design, easy to set up, suitable for general use.
Diamond hexagonal frame: More stable structure with better wind resistance, ideal for larger tents or windy locations. Recommended for tents 3x3M and above.

We offer four fabric types:
Standard (420D/300D): Basic waterproof, budget-friendly.
Heavy-duty (600D/800D): Thicker and more durable for long-term use.
Fire-retardant (600D): Meets safety standards, essential for commercial venues.
Premium (Rubber-coated): Extra thick, non-fading, premium finish.
All fabrics are available in 20+ colours.

Yes. We support heat transfer and screen printing on the canopy and side walls. You can print custom logos, graphics, or text — perfect for company branding, event promotion, and market stalls. Please provide your design for a printing quote.

All our tents feature a pop-up folding design — no tools required.
Small (2x2M ~ 2.5x2.5M): 1-2 people.
Medium (3x3M ~ 3x4.5M): 2 people recommended.
Large (3x6M+): 2-3 people recommended.
Setup typically takes 5-10 minutes.

All tent canopies are waterproof and suitable for normal rainy conditions. However, during severe weather, typhoons, thunderstorms, or strong wind signals, we strongly recommend taking down the tent to prevent damage or safety hazards. These tents are designed for temporary shelter, not permanent structures.

If the tent is placed on hard surfaces where stakes cannot be used (concrete, rooftop, outside malls), we recommend using bases.
Iron base (5/10/15kg): Most stable, ideal for long-term placement.
Water-fill base: Fill with water when in use, lightweight when empty for transport.
Sandbags: Budget-friendly and flexible.
On grass or soft ground, tent stakes can be used instead.

Yes. If you already have a tent frame, you can purchase replacement canopies or side walls separately. We offer various sizes, colours, and materials. Please provide your existing tent dimensions for a quote.
