  1. Available for Hong Kong private residential developments completing or handing over in 2025–2027, including expected handovers. The reference list is not exhaustive.
  2. Delivery must be to the verified qualifying address. Reasonable supporting information may be requested.
  3. Eligible regular-price product spend of HK$3,000 qualifies for 5% off; HK$10,000 qualifies for 10% off. Tiers do not stack.
  4. The cumulative maximum discount is HK$2,000 per eligible residential address for this promotion, including previously redeemed benefits.
  5. Rental, delivery, installation, staircase and other service fees neither qualify toward the threshold nor receive a discount.
  6. Sale, clearance and excluded items do not qualify. This offer cannot combine with other discount codes or selected promotions.
  7. Staff approval is required. Our team confirms the eligible products, discount amount and quote validity before preparing your order.
  8. For cancellations, returns or amendments, the benefit is recalculated using the revised eligible spend and remaining address allowance.
  9. Missed claims must be raised within 24 hours after payment AND before fulfillment. No adjustment outside this window.
