租期是怎樣計算的？ How is the rental period calculated?
租期由租出日起計至歸還日止（包括租出日及歸還日）。例如4月30日租出、5月3日歸還，即計4天。如需延長租期，請提前通知，費用另議。
The rental period is counted from the rental start date to the return date, inclusive of both days. For example, renting from April 30 to May 3 counts as 4 days.
可以取消或改期嗎？ Can I cancel or reschedule?
可以。活動14天或以上前通知可免費改期一次。取消訂單按通知時間收取相應費用。詳情請參閱租用條款或向我們查詢。
Yes. Rescheduling is free once if notified 14+ days before the event. Cancellation fees apply depending on notice period.
惡劣天氣怎麼辦？ What about bad weather?
如天文台發出八號或以上颱風信號或黑色暴雨警告，您可選擇免費延期一次，或取消並支付行政費。請於原定送貨時間最少3小時前通知我們。
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, you may postpone free (once), or cancel with an administrative fee.
損壞了怎麼辦？ What if there's damage?
正常使用的合理損耗不收費。如有人為損壞或遺失，按實際修復費用或原價賠償。
Fair wear and tear is not charged. Damage or loss from misuse will be charged at repair cost or replacement value.
可以大量租借嗎？ Do you offer bulk rentals?
可以。我們可提供數十至數百件器材的租借方案，大量租借可享優惠，歡迎查詢報價。
Yes. We can provide tens to hundreds of units. Bulk rentals enjoy preferential rates.
