How It Works

    Fill in your contact details and event information, then send us the enquiry.

  • 3. Confirm & Pay

    Confirm your order once you receive our quote, and settle the rental fee.

  • 4. Delivery / Collection

    We deliver to your venue on the agreed date and collect the equipment when the rental ends.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the rental period calculated?

The rental period runs from the delivery date to the return date, counting both days. For example, out on 30 April and back on 3 May counts as 4 days. To extend, let us know in advance and we'll quote the additional days.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Reschedule once free of charge if you notify us 14 or more days before the event. Cancellations are charged based on how much notice is given — see our rental terms or ask us for details.

What about bad weather?

If the Observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, you may postpone once free of charge, or cancel and pay an administration fee. Please tell us at least 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

What if there's damage?

Fair wear and tear from normal use is not charged. Deliberate damage or loss is charged at the actual repair cost or the original price.

Do you offer bulk rentals?

Yes. We can supply rental packages from dozens to hundreds of items, with discounts on large orders. Contact us for a quote.
